Kassai Nóra Virág She spent her childhood in a restaurateur family environment, then she finished secondary school of catering and hospitality followed by the Budapest Business School’s Tourism and Hospitality faculty. In the following years she gained experience in Hungary and abroad in high quality restaurants from Toronto to Bangkok. All these fed her enthusiasm and commintment toward gastronomy. Through the years seeking for harmony and balance became a part of her life and finally was able to syncronize the professional experience in gastronomy with a healthy lifestyle, so she dedicated her life to raw food. Hospitality is a vocation. Her special mission is to give pleasure meanwhile keeping an eye on the Guest’s health and wellness.
Agnes Repka Enthusiastic creator of the raw and vegetarian dishes. She is inspired by her own health improving experiences and international travels. “I believe that healthy food is best preparied by clean, fresh, local ingredients. I choose this for our health and the health of the Mother Earth as well.” In addition, at a non-governmental organization she presents environmental and global challenges for young people and adults. Studying catering and economy at the university and having experience in the “green movement” in Hungary, made her to focus on the connection of food, health and the environment. She started her kitchen called Plant life foodhub in 2015 may in Budapest (Hollán Ernő street 31) which is a mostly organic raw vegan eco cafe, shop and education space in one tiny space.
